New to CPA, do the advertisers welcome Youtube traffic or would any ban for that?
Most of them prohibit youtube traffic. If you're going to use youtube use a redirector or DMR.
What's the average clickthru on Youtube (per 100 views) ?
If you make your own landing page instead of direct linking to offers most networks are completely cool with it as long as your following the rules. If you ask your AM they may even give you permission to direct link.
Depends, a lot. Would the video be about the CPA offer it's self? Does the video suck? Where are the views coming from(ie search, front page etc)? What about your comments and ratings? Demographic of your viewers? Looks shady? Good domain? Is it just a random video watermarked or annotated? Is it a hot topic?
Literally hundreds of factors.
232 Views, 2 Clicks, not bad, probably got some more, but that's judging on near-direct linking
All those factors really seem to be affecting the videos. Does anyone know how to take the "a href, etc" and other html out of a C.omission J.unction link and still have it work with no problems? As in, just keeping that "http://" link. Do I always have to use a landing page, no direct linking through forwarding or redirects?
When I did Youtube marketing, my CTR was 2.2% on average. Tracking was very important. You have to know what is working for you.
You need an awesome landing page to convert Youtube buyers for anything paid. Email submits and zip code submits worked well for me.
