I want to use a CL method . Basically , interested people would email me and I would email the CPA offer. IF my AM were to email me asking if the users i emailed were opt in , what would should I do?

Basically , what can i do so my AM doesn't question my email traffic or what can i do to be safe? Should I just use double meta refresh and say its offline advertising?

Any other info about email cpa and staying under the radar would be appreciated.

If they e-mail you asking for info, you'd probably have to be using an autoresponder to even be considered spam. Generally though, spam is only unsolicited e-mail and e-mail that doesn't stop when they ask.

    Maybe someone else knows more?

You shouldn't have a problem with this at all...

The networks mostly care about Unique IPs, so as long as you have different Uniques, then you are good to go. I used to do this all day with CL and not once was I ever questioned.
