CPA affliates w/Leads not involving CC

Anyone know of any CPA's offering lead payouts for sites without requiring users to put in credit card information? Im looking for things $3 + a lead. I'm affiliated with CommisionJunction that has some good ones. Any others? (business oriented leads or downloads)

all cpa networks have this. look around the forum at cpa networks lists. join many.

 

you can use napster gamefly on cj with vcc on paypl use it to sign up and close the card right away i've done that my self when i was in a pinch for money.. you can apply this method to majority of those kinds of offers!
