CPA, Affiliate link and SERP possible?

Do Google demote "sales pages with aff. links or with CPA" and "without free info" if they rank for high competitive KWs? I know Amazon, Ebay type of sites rank well but I heard that G don't like affiliate/CPA type of sites.


your opinion?

I've seen multiple pages ranking on page one of Google that have a direct link to an affiliate offer (no cloaking or redirect).
