It's getting saturated but not method, niches getting saturated.
Every month however you have fresh niches where you can find great money, sometimes viral.
If you do old game hack niches, for well established games that they are here for years, then it's saturated.
If you do something that is fresh and people want to get, then it's great and not saturated.
Youtube is huge, niches are coming constantly. People cannot stay with some pokemon or roblox hack videos because they are old

-$99 is ONE time payment for me, for my course content
-$50-$100 or even $150 is budget for SMM panel views, not for me. It's initial budget for start and make 30 videos. I don't know how many videos you need because it depends to your niche, luck and quality. There are guys in my course, who earned $100/day with ... single video. There are guys who are making $20-$30/day with 30 videos.
For every method from forum you need to have the initial budget. There are no free working methods where you don't need to invest. Money makes money.
Of course, there are also people in my course who have success without any budget. They just spammed hardly but I cannot advice anyone to start the journey without any money for investment. $50 is absolutely minimum to start. $100 is fine, $150 is comfortable.
