If I download a video off youtube such as a trailer to a movie or game or whatever and reupload it as is, is that ok , such as will the video like be de-rank because of dup video etc?

Also would uploading 3 dup watermarked videos for a week on 3 accounts be sufficient for email zips?

Thats not ok, it's copyright infrigment.
Maybe some dont care, and see it as promotion while other may report you.

Careful youtube will normally remove your video
