Couple of Questions regarding MNS

I am pretty new to making micro niche sites, so bear with my newbie questions.
I have a couple of questions regarding Micro Niche Sites.

1. I am thinking of making multiple websites (around 100 - 200), how many adsense accounts do I need for lets say... 100 websites?

2. Will Google terminate my adsense accounts for having many?

3. How do you guys manage so many websites?

4. What hosting provider do you use?

5. How much do you pay monthly for all websites?

6. Do you make one website and move on to the next before seeing any income, or do you wait a couple of days first to make sure the website makes some money?

7. Do you still promote your websites after you have made money with it? If so, how much time does that take up?

9. Do you think I can be successful with say... 100 free blogs in the same way as I would if I registered 100 domains and hosting?

10. How much do you make per month after expenses?

I have searched many times without successful answers to my specific questions.

1. One account is fine.
2. Yes they can.
3. If you're making enough you can hire people to manage them for you.
4. You have to get a good VPS to run that many sites, shared hosting won't do. Take a look here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f94-web-hosting/
5. The hosting fee depends on where you host.

I hardly believe you'll actually make 100 MNS.

you might make 2 , 5 tops.

Some say it doesn't matter as long as you're complying to TOS (not buying traffic, no clicking of ads, good content). But for me, considering how unpredictable Google is when it comes to banning, I'd say 100 sites to 1 account. Don't risk everything in one account.

Generally, the answer is no as long as you're complying with their TOS. But then again, with Google, you'll never know.

My MNS are set and forget. So once I set them up, I'll backlink them with scrapebox, and send four articles to UAW for continuous backlinks. (I'll add XRumer to the mix this month though.) So yeah, no need to 'manage' them like coming back and adding more content.

2 Hostgator baby plans for me. Once I reached 150 sites on my first account, I decided to buy another one.

I pay them yearly - 2 Hostgator baby plans + Domain registration on Internet.bs.
