Hello BHW community! I am new member but i was reading this forum for 2 weeks and finally decided to register :D

I have a couple of questions (maybe noob questions for someone but I am new to BH SEO)

I want to take 1st position on regional google sites in eastern Europe, the keywords are with low competition ranging from 4k to 10k monthly searches.

1.What software do you recommend? I thought about GSA, but i dont know is that a smart move because i am newbie.
2.And does language matters when i create content, i mean can it be in english or in local languages?
    3.Do I need tier linking?
4.What is good place for tier 1 links and how do i post it manually?

    Thans in advance
    JGOTTI :D

    1. It is not depend on softwares. It will depend on quality of your targetted backlinks.
    2. You can use article spinning method like matthew -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRcE3Y7k8oU
    3. If you are creating web 2 articles, you need to get ranked. Then you need to create tier 2.
    4. Find links with footprints. http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/491042-get-huge-search-engine-optimization-footprints-collections.html

Base the language of your site on what language the visitors speak. If your visitors speak the local language, chances are that they are searching for your site in the local language too. Also you want to make sure they can read your content when they get there.
What might be a better option is to translate all of your articles and have a version of each language.

For language, it depends. you have to ask yourself whether your local community search your product in your language. it does not have to be in english for your site to work. What matters is the clickthroughs and purchases of your target market. So does your target market consist more of english speaking people? if that is the case, then you probably would have to translate to english. if your target market is more for locals, then i suppose you dont have to translate it.

    Hope this helps

    ANSWERS:

1.) The most popular software used by several people and leading firm is GSA so, better go with GSA along with some basic tutorials and watch videos how to use GSA..

GSA is better software. But we can do manually submission for better than GSA. Quite slowly. but we can get 100% success rate.
And social bookmarking haven't some value for SEO :)

1.What software do you recommend? I thought about GSA, but i dont know is that a smart move because i am newbie. GSA is good but it is not something you can use the second you get it. it takes a bit to learn to use it properly.
2.And does language matters when i create content, i mean can it be in english or in local languages? You can do local languages but i would target my gsa campaign around that location.
3.Do I need tier linking? I still believe it works. I use it to get my higher tiers indexed quicker and boost the authority. i think it might be less valuable than before.
4.What is good place for tier 1 links and how do i post it manually? Web 2.0's or high authority blogs
