Hello,

i want to sell health & beauty products only in europe, better only in germany.
is it possible? Is there anybody who do/sell this?

you can use tools like MaxMind to geo-locate and segregate your IP traffic by country. this should enable you to deliver targeted content based on a users home country.

not sure about the pricing structure of MaxMind, but it works like a charm geo-locating traffic.
