Could you target one specific person with an ad?

    I was thinking - if you can look at a facebook user's profile and see all of the things they have clicked like on, can't you target them and only them through facebook ads by only targeting people who have clicked like on all of the same things? (Assuming they are the only person on all of facebook who has clicked like on 20 or so different pages)

    A few years back, you could do it on Facebook by scraping the user id and uploading into a custom audience, then target the person with paid ads.. But now scraping UIDs is against Facebook's TOS, although I know someone who still uploads scraped IDs into Facebook ads.. I'm not risking it.. you can still do it with Facebook, but I guess the way which is still within the TOS is to make them watch a video or be pixeled on your website, then narrow the targeting to their age, language etc or even find out where they are and use location targeting

    But you can most likely still do it with Twitter & Google remarketing

    I guess Facebook don't approve ads that target a very lower audiences ?!! Correct me if i'm wrong .

    I even sold those IDs with some scraping software.
    legal, funny and profitable.
