Great job for a first design. You kept the site clean, organized, and not cluttered. One tip, though: according to the book Ogilvy on Advertising, fully capitalized writing is harder for the viewer to read.

Honestly it's pretty good, a company website should be simple and easy to read and you seem to have stuck to that.
