Couldn't ppl just search for the highest Adsense payout, make a cheap website and then use about 10 proxies to get 10 clicks aday each paying out more than $1?

Nope, not really, unless you get some real traffic with people that will click on the ads out of interest, it will be supspicious.

Google is really careful with convertions, where the user clicks, what he does and where he goes after clicking, etc.

You will need a more complicated plan to to avoid getting banned from the big shitty G.

Short term it would probably work out..BUT...the big G..will still find out..
