When i'm searching for example for a Dentist whether i am in USA or in Nigeria , i think the search intent here is the Same .

I don't expect to see an article that tells me about what is a dentist or what does he provide , i am looking for a page of a dentist that gives me details about him and how i can book an appointment .

Of course the competiion in USA is much harder than nigeria but do you think that the search intent does not change ?

Searching for the same keyword in different country ips/tlds are more or less similar unless you use some specific keywords like "dentists near me", "Top dentists in xxxxxx" or something like "dentist approved teeth whitening". Make your search specific and get the results you expect.

Nope, the searchers intent for services like dentistry will always be the same, dental work.

However, searchers intent subcategories for professions like doctors and lawyers may vary. For instance, if one is searching for a divorce attorney and not a criminal attorney.

I believe keywords of occupations/businesses that are native to a certain country can have different intents than those from different geos.

Example - googling "sushi" from my geolocation shows sites with informational intent. Things like recipes, wiki, calorie and health info etc.

Changing my geolocation to somewhere in Japan however changes the intent to commercial. Googling sushi now shows me exclusively serps about popular sushi resturants and recipes. No informational content.
