I have a site with 20 posts, I was trying to rank this 1 post targetting a keyword with only 1k MS , it's 3 and half months old, and I still can't rank it.

#1-5 are all forum threads with low content and 1-3 backlinks at most with hardly any keyword density.

My site is in #6 with over 70 backlinks to this 1 post and over 200 links over the whole domain, all backlinks are web2.0, 301's with blog comments and web2.0 behind them, 1 PBN post and 50+ blog posts.

Somehow I still can't get on top 3 for a 1k MS Keyword even though ON Page SEO is on point, got 30x more links than the forums ranking on top 3 while all links being quality links and only 100 sites have this keyword in the title.

keyword revealer gives it a 19 in terms of difficulty.

Why haven't you simply tried a few quality PBN links at that page? Also it seems you have ignored social shares. You may need more authority.

I sent one, and 50+ blog posts as well as some 301 with some wbe2.0 and blog comments behind them (not many so it isn't really spamming) and plenty of web2.0's with tier 2 to boost them up. it should've been than enough to overpower forum threads with 1-3 backlinks from other forums <.<

My homepage has 28 likes according to ahrefs (even though the fanpage has like 130 likes) 2 g+ and 2 pinterests, the post itself has 2 facebook likes 1 g+ and 1 linkedin, both homepage and the post also have 5+ twitters it just doesn't show on ahrefs

I wouldn't assume that. Forums rank well because they are typically YEARS old domains that get natural backlinks and generate tons of fresh content hourly. Also a single PBN post won't push much these days. Drip feeding more authority into that page (slowly, and with a smart anchor text plan) would be a better plan than spamming 50+ "blog posts" of what I'll assume are a fairly low quality. Focus on quality and have the patience to drip feed your link building. This won't rank over night in all likelihood.

Honestly thing is if I'm having this many problems ranking a 1k MS keyword that is supposed to be easy, I wonder what I'll do for all the other posts :l

If the rest of your site ranks well it could be that the strength of this keyword's competition is harder than it looks. If a keyword leads to HIGH conversions you can have tough keywords with low monthly searches. I've seen 750/ms keywords that were harder to crack than most 10k ones I've ranked. Just depends. Its either that or you have some on-site SEO issues holding you back (highly likely). Or... it could be your links' anchor text strategy is off. Are you diversifying your anchors at all or just hitting exact match 100% of the time?

My site is 3 and half months old, targetting 200MS to 1.6k MS maximum keywords, none #1 yet, my onpage should be fine, I do some interlinking, keep keyword density ~1% and always 500 words posts most important posts have 700-1000 words.

According to ahrefs my main keyword is at 9% anchor although it probably isn't detecting plenty of other links that I've done for diversity

Well at 3 months old its possible you just need a little more time. You could just keep adding fresh pages of content over the next two months and slowly continue SEO litle by little and see if you can grind your way to the top over a little time. That's probably safer than reving up linkbuilding on a 3 month old site anyway.
