    Hello all,
I have been into internet marketing for around 6 months now and have learned a whole lot on my journey! I have several websites set up, some with ads and some with amazon product reviews.

The amazon product review websites are making me the most money, however I am having a major problem with one of the sites.

I originally purchased the domain bestcheapandroidphone.com a few months ago now, wrote the content and then left it while I worked on other websites. There are a few high quality blog network links pointing to my site.

I recently realised that the site is not even indexed, which means it was indexed and then got penalized or it was never indexed in the first place.

I added the site to webmaster tools and then Google sent me a mail stating that the site does not meet their quality guidelines on some of my pages.

I tried to clean up the site a bit and sent Google a reconsideration request. I have just received a mail from them stating that the website is still in breach of Googles quality guidelines, however I have no idea what is wrong with the website.

All of the reviews on this website are written by me and are 100% unique. Could the penalty be due to the few blog network posts that have been built to my site, or is it something to do with the quality on site?

I thought it may be best to ask on this forum since many of you are much more experienced than me when it comes to identifying problems with websites.

The website address again is bestcheapandroidphone.com

I really hope that I can get this site indexed again and appreciate any help that you can give me!

    Thanks very much,
    Ravi

    Ravi546,

After taking a look at your website, I see a variety of things that violate Google's policies which is probably part of the reason they will not index your site. The page is heavily over optimized and it is clear that the page was not developed with users in mind. While these tactics can sometimes be effective, now with more recent updates to Google's algorithm, building a site in this way is no longer effective.

Another part is the reviews. Generally when users search for reviews, they like to see reviews from actual customers as opposed to tons of content on the page written by the author of the page.

Read through Google's quality guidelines on this page and you may get a better idea of what I'm talking about. Your page fits the exact criteria that Google is prohibiting.
