Costum WP theme costs

Hello,
I am after this type of wordpress theme (mind my epic skills) .

After my search it does not seem that I can find one. If you could offer me a solution please PM me..
What are the usual costs for a custom WP theme?

Basic grid. Start learning some css + html.

I know basic css/html/php I just don't like coding what so ever and since I want it to be a WP theme I have absolutely 0 idea how that works (well I have never research the topic)..
So because of that I want to see if anyone can give me rough idea how much it would cost and if its more worth doing my self.
