I waste days doing something I don't want to do. Its brainwashing timekiller but it needs to be done.

Where should I go for viral assistants? I thought of Fiver, but how much should I pay them?

On fiver they start at 5 dollar hourly, i thought it will cost less

On fiver they start at $5 but its not their hourly rate, thats $5 per gig. And its depending on your projects that how many gig you should order for complete your projects.

Best way, chalk out what you need, prepare a list of tasks to be done and what you can and cannot outsource (due to privacy issues or funds or any other reason). Then create a job description. Try out Upwork (on fixed price), craiglist (PH and India), Freelancer.com (on fixed price), onlinejobs.ph (you choose fixed price or hourly), or BHW itself.

    Hope this helps. ☺

The quality of the VA can also relate to the cost. I personaly employee VA's for different tasks. If its a VA to format and publish articles on my money sites the way I want (using Thrive Content Builder), then I'll provide full video training for them. I also pay them around $6/hr. These types of VA's can also do some forms of link building for you like forums, quality blog comments, Q&A's etc.

The most important thing to do is create good training material for them. If my VA's disappear, then I have a set of video training to onboard a new VA if I need to.

Other VA's we use for data entry cost $3/hr.
