Copyrighted Material ---> Legal Issues?

Well I have two new wordpress sites, one about minecraft and one about Playstation network.

I am going to be using them for CPA/PPD and I plan to learn to rank them in google searches. How can I avoid legal trouble? I live in the US.

If I get offshore hosting, whoisguard, and add disclaimers to my sites will i be ok?

Other tips are register your domain with a good registrar such as; http://www.internet.bs
Then find bullet proof hosting such as; http://www.webcare360.com (I have an account them for a 100% legal project so I can't say how well they stand up to DMCA, but they do claim to ignore it.) -- I mainly used them for privacy.
