Okay, so they can sue you if you register their copyright domains, but what if you used a generic domain but set your title attribute and your meta tags and description to their copyrighted brand name?
So you have for example:
sodacans.com
But the title of the site is "Coca-Cola Cans" etc.
Is this still a problem?
