So lets say you use a CPA file/link gateway(hosted) to earn some bucks (its an CPA locker but only for when user clicks on links and after he completes it it takes him to some other site or yours) .

Is the breaking the copyright rules ? Cause copyright files are not on your site so you are not responsible, or is it better to make another page on website on which we LINK it to copyrighted stuff ?

Sorry im not that good at english

DHS will seize for simply linking to copyrighted material and people have been arrested... so yea, it's probably illegal.

Regardless, if you think you are going to get around the rules of your cpa network with some sort of silly loophole you had better think again. If they say copyright material is not allowed then it's not allowed.

What about 1000's of sites with movie niches that stream movies and tv shows ? They use CPA but no problems :)

Well then those networks must be ok with it then right? I didn't say there are zero networks out there that allow it, just that you shouldn't delude yourself into thinking you have found some sort of magical loophole to legally distribute pirated content.

Lots of people think that it's ok because they see someone else doing it, but they still end up not getting payed out at the end of the month (I'm talking about some of the popular networks too). Best thing to do is ask your AM if what you are doing is compliant with their policies.
