Yesterday I uploaded two videos on youtube about the Australian Open Final Djokovic - Nadal, I just noticed one is banned and the other is still alive.

My video has absolutely NO LOGO of any tv, can they do this?
And, why the other video is still alive?
Is there any way to upload the same videos and avoid copyright infringment?

Companies probably purchase exclusive rights to broadcast the event/highlights, so whatever you do it's going to keep getting taken down.

Maybe this is the reason, some got banned and some not, so it's just matter of luck?
My youtube may get banned if I upload many copyrighted videos?

Yes I know the video you are refering to! But mine was about some highlities during and at the end of the match. And yes, removed by "TENNIS AUSTRALIA", but some videos about Austrlian Open still alive, so we just need to be lucky in order to avoid copyright infringement?

Yes I see some videos are flipped, but I think it only matter when the TV LOGO is appearing on the video, so after the flipping is not possible to recognize anymore, but my video has NO LOGO on it.

In this case, is flipping still a solution?

usually it's forbidden to take pictures or recording the event.

It's not allowed with logo or without logo. It doesn't matter about the logo. Some companies purchase exclusive rights to be the only one to broadcast and show it. So they have every right to take it down. It can be based on luck too, sometimes they don't find the videos, but it's a matter of time until they do.

    This is pretty accurate.

Just because you pay for the event does not mean you can record it. For example, if you go to a basketball game and record it and upload to youtube you will be flagged and taken down (assuming your camera work is above par and not some shitty quality shit)
