you don't need to be worried about it as long as you don't keep on doing it...they removed the app and this is the first step in the process and will be the last step as long as you don't keep doing it...

I already have other sound boards but this is the only one that was removed. THe email diming me and all the other developers that was included in the email was from fox. Should i just not do fox stuff anymore cause i would think that if google cared they would have took down all my other sound boards. Or even bann my publisher acount. I would definatly say that they did not review my account. IDK....

if you have a replacement for the fox stuff, then you should probably do so, or you could wait until those other programs are flagged...

usually what happens with these sort of things is that they ask nicely the first time (cease and desist), if you don't then they usually draft a letter letting you know what they are going to do if you don't stop (file suite)...

these big companies would prefer you cease your activities b/c if they have to take legal action, most likely it will cost them more to file suit, then they will ever get in a judgement or court order...

I know this is an old post but I had my Google Play account closed because of 2 soundboards from the UK TV series fonejacker.

The account was closed down because of a complaint from the company that owned the rights to the 2 shows.

I would basicly look at existing boards, see how long they have been up for and use that idea, probably safest if they havent been removed

Are you using someone else's app? if not then you should had register you app and i think other person has used you'r app
