If I will register IG account, and will post images about exactly cars. Images will be downloaded from Internet and I will be posting source of that imgs to comment of that pic. Is it legal way?

I'm unfamiliar with IG, although I've covered the topic of copyright on this forum a few times:
To add to this and better answer your question, providing a link back to the source does not excuse copyright infringement if the infringer is using the images in a commercial setting or claiming them as his/her own.

Of course, I'm not a lawyer, so it's better to contact one about the legality of this to understand whether or not the copyright holders can become litigious in this situation.

Thank You for this responce. So I can't contact every 'picture owner' if I will be posting around 50pics per week. So it's burned?

Well, you have a few options here:
    1. You can always use a royalty-free image website to find photos of cars: http://www.istockphoto.com/
    2. You can use the search modifier "labelled for reuse" in Google Images to find images of cars like this one: http://s0.geograph.org.uk/photos/54/78/547851_1cb4f1a7.jpg
    3. If you have a camera and decent photography skills, then you can take the pictures yourself.
Again, I'm not a lawyer, so take this advice with a grain of salt.

Yes, Zwielicht has given you perfect advice...listen to what he says...don't use people's copyrighted images (or text) without prior, written permission. It is only a matter of time until you get sued...it isn't worth it given that there are so many other legal options.
