I have never flipped a site before but I have set up a site that I would like to flip.

Since I have no idea what to do for the sales pitch should i just search flippa and find one I like, then change it to fit my post?

Anyone have a sales pitch template?

Bad idea to copy others ppl sales thread. you have to write sales pitch according to your site description. find some pros about your site and make it big.

i had weight loss site which merely earn any money. i managed to sales those site $2500 on Flippa.

little bit creativity can do the trick.

There are some basic things you need to put in all sites. I use a template then modify it for each site. Makes things much easier.

There's nothing wrong with getting ideas from other listings, but don't copy them word for word. I actually had some guy completely steal my listing copy once, literally word for word, and all he did was switch the traffic and revenue numbers around to fit his site.

Even his "reason for selling" was identical to mine haha, it was a bit ridiculous.

But like hgear said, what I do is have a basic template and then change it around to fit whatever site I'm selling. It saves a lot of time since I don't have to write a new listing from scratch every time.
