You are paid around the 15th for money earned from the previous months 1-31.
I don't know about wire transfers but copeac has always been kind of sluggish when it comes to paying. I usually receive my check around the 20th. May be delayed because they keep sending it to the wrong damn address. I've asked them to change it 3 times now.

Have copeac ask you to send photo of ID to get paid?

Today they asked for a bill or something to prove where I live, oh this is so time consuming, I am who I am!

Copeac is one of the best affiliate networks around. I've had payments arrive early as well as late. That's with anyone though.
