You can invoice the 80% out as an advertising expense in order to avoid the tax dilemna and then you only have to pay taxes on your profit.
However, I would highly recommend you don't lend your account out. Opens up the door to all sorts of problems and Michael (mkrongel) is on BHW and won't be very happy to hear about this.

lol. dangerous move lackote. never do that infront of the boss. this serve as a warning for you. 
but i told him that i will not do it... i didn't know i can't do JV with my account, sorry...
the same way, I told him its impossible to tell if Im doing it or not, unless I do a bad move, I have been doing this for months with other networks and 0 problems
