if my website dropps a cookie inmediatly after a visitor has visited a registration page ie; http://anonym.to/?http://meetic.com/signup/, will i receive a commission or its too late?
in other words, CPA networks checks visitor cookies when he hits submit form button, or when the signup form is loading?
i ask this because i m CStuffing and targeting signup pages directly with paid traffic :chairshot,
