Cookie to re-direct link

    Hi guys, i want to know if anyone knows and explain me how can i do this... for example i place an add with an afilliate offer, when someone clicks there some will buy some dont, the people that dont buy i want to place a cookie throw my aff landing page where that person if decides to join later everytime time they go directly or using other aff link that person will be redirect to my aff link even if throw google or whatever place that person will be always redirect to my aff link. How can i do that, and if possible offcourse. THANKS!

    It depends on how the landing page sets it. We will allow "life time" cookies, others only 24 hours, other six months, etc... Every time a customer visits our website we check if there is an affiliate cookie, if the last referral was your site, even if it was two years ago you'll get the commission, but if the last referral was another affiliate than his cookie will override yours.

    The sort of "cookie injection" you are asking for is not permitted by affiliate programs as far as I know and might get you in trouble, it is better if you stick to the rules and do your best to convert the customer before he gets to the product page.

    Yeah, man, this type of stuff doesn't exactly fall under "good work ethic" or "legal".

    Didnt know that was "ilegal" i ask this because actually they are doing that to me also lol i just want to get comissions when they click on my landing page after make optin as i pay for that traffic, cant see any problem with that but im sorry to you all if thats bad, not my intention thank you guys anyway if someone have any idea of something similar with this and want to do this for me (paid offcourse) add me on skype josesantosaff Thanks!
