Thats what I use. One good thing about it is a lot of time the converted file size is nice and small (like 3mb for a couple minute vid) which makes reuploading to youtube really quick.

Or you could just be smart and download a cracked version of VideoGet. An addon in firefox that places a small little icon in the bottom right of your browser and will allow you to simply press it on any YouTube page to start both download and converting it to the file of your choice and folder of your choice, both preset.
Did I mention it can handle multiple jobs at once, is setup by just clicking the button on the page you want to use, and will both download and convert it to the file of your choice and a folder you specify?
