So around 4 months ago paypal terminated their contract with me because I had multiple accounts, and to this day they are still limited with no way to delimit them.
They held my money for a large amount of time but due to constant bugging I was finally able to get the last 500$ out of the last account yesterday.

In the meantime I've started a company with a friend, and we are currently using Skrill, Bitcoin, and credit card as payment options, but due to the multiple accounts incident my only Paypal accounts are now stealth accounts.
I do however not wish to receive any legal money on a stealth account, I'd rather have a legit account for that.

My question is; is it possible to make a legit Paypal account again, without it getting limited? Is there any way to delete the limited accounts and start fresh?
I have not broken any other laws (that they ahve found out about) other than having more than 1 account from the same IP. I have had no issues with chargebacks, disputes, ebay disputes or anything of the like.

I wouldn't mess around with PayPal if it concerns a new legit business you're starting up. Don't risk your money cause when it comes down to it, 99.9% of the time PP is the judge and jury and they might see fit to freeze your business account while there's money in it. Unless you pay out the ass for lawyers, this situation would make you, as they say, fucked.

You'd be way better off getting your friend to sign up for a PP account in his name for your business. Otherwise, you could write PP and tell them your concerns, minus the stealth accounts you have lol, and maybe they will give you the go ahead to safely use one single account for your business and delete the others.
