Contract Agreement for SEO / PPC / ORM / Web Development etc.

I am looking for a professional contract agreement for offline marketing (SEO / PPC / ORM etc.). Free source will be nice, but I don't mind buying if it's affordable (from a start-up perspective) as I want to get things right. I am aware that some may suggest to get it done by a paralegal / lawyer, but at this point, funds are tight and probably wouldn't be able to afford one right now.

I understand that each State has different regulations, but at this point, even a template will help as I am sure things won't be that much of a different, and I can change things around.

Just a tip - once you make some money have all of your agreements/contracts reviewed by a local attorney. It can end up being the best investment you make.
