I have a setup that I use myself, which puts articles into my MU Blogs, but the clever bit is, that it picks the keywords for each blog uses to find articles, and uses these to generate links interlinking the blogs. So using it on a blog you get both content and backlinks.

Would there any interest in other users using this on there blogs?

That's a really good idea. Are you using a plugin to build the links?

I'm using an app I built myself, it puts the post directly into the database. It's not very polished at the moment, because I built it for my own use, but if there is enough interest, I'll put some work into it, and upload it on a taken as seen basis.
