There are plenty of writers here, but your description is too vague (while hinting at being a problem child), and your rate too low. Particularly without more detail on the nature of, or at least structure of the required articles.

What are small projects? Lots of short articles?
Completed today? Today could be the few hours remaining in the day for me in the UK, or almost 24 hours away for someone whose day is about to begin in NZ.

Knowledge of seo ... red flags immediately. I bet you have some notion of keyword *ahem* density etc that you want, no, that you insist should be adhered to. This requirement alone, (in my not so humble opinion) is normally enough of a red flag for me to run a mile in the opposite direction. I can either produce an excellent 500 word article on a topic, or I can produce a not-so-good one that meets some random keyword density requirement. The first is by far easier, and more importantly, more pleasant to produce.
