I have my writer writing a 2500 word article for my main keyword (static page) and adding in many LSI keywords that have great search volume and easy comp. My question is should I add some of those LSI keywords to another page (new article) and interlink main page with new LSI page? So my plan is too have 1 2500 word article on static page and add 6 pages on my LSI keywords interlinking to main page. What do you think? Thanks

This is a sound strategy. Go for it. It increases the relevance of your site in the eyes of the Big-G. Don't overdo it though!

Good idea. There is no problem with this. You may carry on.

Is 2500 words article too much?

2500 words single article sounds large for the readers, may be you can write them under sub headings or split the article into few pages and link them to the main page which will reduce the bounce rate also.

2500 words article is not a problem, but it should be informative and well researched one.
