I've been playing lately with spam content (for ranking purposes) with some decent results. The problem I'm having is that if we get page to rank, meta description will be totally unreadable which will destroy our CTR in SERPs. Manually writing meta description to thousands of pages is not really an option.

If anyone else have experience ranking spam content, would appreciate tips how to do this right and increase CTR?

Doesn't matter. Even if you can find a way to write readable meta descriptions for each page, once searchers click through to your site and see your unreadable spammy articles, they will click the back button immediately.
