if you change the CMS and all the content at once, for sure it will have big impact on your rankings and most likely you will loose your all current positions. If you bring back the old content to the new CMS probably it will take few weeks to get your old rankings back

Are you a hundred per cent sure you want to change your CMS? This requires you to think really long and hard before making a decision. If so, what are your reasons? Are they too incapable that there's no way around rather than changing the system? I agree that it will affect your rankings greatly so maybe you should look for other solutions first.

    Balador89,

It depends on how you do it. If you just change everything and along with it change the URL's, then all of the old URLs indexed in search as well as any inbound links would automatically break. If you moved all content to a new CMS and kept the URLs the same or 301 redirected old URLs to new ones, then you would be able to maintain everything. That is a very delicate procedure though.

You can follow the concepts here to guide you in doing this,
