    ******** has content locker, but there is no offers in, I can't add any offers.

    I applied for some of the offers and got approved, but they are not showing in locker.

    Anyone knows how can I add offers?

    What do you mean by no offers in?

    I just checked it and I saw 131 offers attached. And as far as I know, you can't add offers manually unless you asked your AM to do that in advance.

    I just checked out,there are 3 pages of offers you can add to your locker, there's no option to add your own but you can rename the ones it comes with to better match your niches.

    You probably need to be approved for their incent friendly offers :)

    I've got approved last night and still nothing :S...

    I'll wait for AMs to come online.

    will be the best bet as your problem seems to be a isolated one. hope you get it resolved.
