    So I was trying to help a neighbor with CPA and we were wondering, if he has a list of emails for people looking for money/cash/extra income...

    Which would work better in you opinion?

    Emailing a link to a CPA lead offer

    -or-

    Create a quick little site and lock it with Leadbolt then email the website link

    You need to stop asking and start working split the list up and why dont you try both and see what converts better. Get you feet wet its the only way your gonna succeed.

    Send them to a webpage with a Free Ebook(97$ value.. etc) explaining CPA methods. Lock it with Blamads or whatever; )
