Content grabbing legal issues

Does anybody have experience what might happen when you steal content?

Say you setup a wp autoblog with stolen content - sooner or later somebody will notice, that you are using his texts.

I fear that if you accidentally steal from the false one, you might have to pay a lot of $$ as 'fee' which possibly could ruin you.

Anybody here have had already contact so far with laywers and court?

What is your estimation - I am living in europe and will only grab text from US sites - can they f*uck me?

Just be careful not post Copyrighted content. If it says associated press GO FOR it but Don't forget to add a few words or better yet take out a few.

Basically stay away from big sites/writers
