    Hey guys. I am working on a new site and doing my best to add around 10000 words of fresh content a week so that I can gain some trust and authority from google. I am not the best writer and am finding this very time consuming. So my question is this. Can I spin an article (90% uniqueness +, and very readable) and then have a hidden section on the site where I could post this spun article, lets say 20 or 30 times, while manually writing a unique title for each? It seems like google wouldn't notice and this would quickly help me build authority in the niche that I'm in. I wouldn't want visitors finding and reading these articles as even a very well spun article still doesn't read to pretty, but even if a few people stumble upon the article, it wouldn't be the end of the world. I already spin about an article a week on this specific niche (for linkbuilding purposes) and it would be clutch if I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone here. But I'm a little nervous and on the fence with this one so any feedback from someone with a little more expertise would be very much appreciated!

    Cheers.

    Spinning and authority should not even be said in the same breath.

    People assume by having lots and lots of content and pages their sites automatically become an authority. They DON'T! SEOMoz doesn't become an authority only because they have tons and tons of pages. They become an authority because of;

    - http://www.seomoz.org/seo-industry-survey
    - http://www.seomoz.org/article/search-ranking-factors
    - http://www.seomoz.org/google-algorithm-change
    - http://www.seomoz.org/beginners-guide-to-seo

    And a whole lot more awesome content.

    Ok, I understand that. I'm just a little confused. I've read that with a new site, to build some trust with google, you need to be uploading 7000 + words a week. There is no way I'm gonna be able to write 7000 words worth of VALUABLE content each week. I think I'm missing something here.

    1 Word .... Textbroker.com

    If you have to resort to using spun content on your 'authority' site. Your done. Turn in your PC / Mac and mobile phone at the nearest tech recycling facility.

    Sounds like its time to get cracking on the books to learn what really makes a site authoritative in its niche. Time - money or effort. Its gunna take those ...
