FAQ
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We offer no refunds on our single content services, and revisions are provided within reason on a case-by-case basis. Monthly orders can be cancelled any time, and a refund can be requested for each full week. We do not refund so and so many days of a week, but only full weeks that we have not written content for yet.
Q: Are your writers really published journalists and authors?
A: Yes. We have done a thorough check into each of our writers to guarantee their qualifications.
Q: Can we see some of their published work?
A: Unfortunately that is not possible, as we wish to protect the identities of our writers.
Q: After I ordered, it did not ask me to pay anything, why?
A: You will be invoiced by one of our team members after we've approved and accepted your order.
Q: What happens after I submit my order?
A: Each and every one of our orders is manually checked to see they comply with our set of rules and guidelines. We will not make our writers work on projects they are not comfortable with, or that would require too many filler words to meet the word count. This also guarantees the highest quality articles available.
Q: What is the TAT for my order?
A: The 72 hour TAT will only apply to small orders, and a unique TAT will be assigned to each order and delivered to you via email or PM.
Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: Articles are delivered to your email address, or if requested, via PM.
Q: What if I have any other questions, how do I contact you guys?
A: Our contact information is at the end of our BST.

We offer a 20% discount on the first ten orders of our single content, and to top it off, also the first three monthly subscriptions will be offered at a 20% discount for the first month!
To grab your discount please post in this thread before submitting the order form. This will allow us to apply the discount for those lucky people fast enough to grab our burning hot discounts.
Discounts are available for all members with over 100 posts and more than two months on the forums. The normal rules apply to discount copies as well, and we will check your order personally before allowing it to go through to our writers.

Why thank you KELLOGGS!
The journalists are not happy putting their name on the content that goes to our clients' sites, since then we'd have to check every site that the content goes to, and that's really not what I want to do. Would they put their name on the content if published on magazines or authority websites like HuffPo or Forbes? Most definitely.
We do have a health and fitness 'guru', and one of the others is regularly contributing to a stock market authority blog down under.

It does say rather clearly we offer a 20% discount on the first few orders, mate. We have handed review copies out before opening a BST. IF you want to try us, then take advantage of the discount and order an article, experience the quality yourself.

Alright ladies and gentlemen, we have now undergone an extensive refurbishment of our systems and while at it we went and redid the BST and pricing as well!
We also offer a 20% discount to the first 10 orders, so post in the thread to grab your coupon codes before we run out!
The original FAQ post is now "out of commission", since it relates more to the original BST, not the new one. The FAQ is embedded into the BST for those in need.
