I have entered a doubt as to the number of keywords I have to address in an article, I explain:

    Example keywords:
Best mattress - xxxx monthly searches
Best Sleeping mattress - xxxx monthly searches
Best mattress for Back pain - xxxx monthly searches

    Now, my question is:
Is it preferable to orient those three keywords in one article or to make them each separately? considering that the three have a high volume of search.

That depends on competition, your budget and your preference. I personally would write three different articles, and split test to see which one is working better for me.

If you add all the keywords in one, you won't be able to split test.

High search volume doesn't always mean it will be easy to rank for or profitable.
Sometimes it's easier to rank for lower hanging fruit.

So as an example, Best mattress for Back pain might be high search but high competition
Best mattress for muscular Back pain will be lower and easier to rank, same with Best mattress for sciatica

( Note I haven't checked any of these, just bouncing ideas for you )

    Hope that helps.

    My plan would be:

    (1) Best Mattresses:

In this article, there will be several mattresses listed, like Best Sleeping mattress, Best mattress for Back pain...maybe total 5

    (2) These 5 mattresses will have 5 articles, article (1) will have a brief description about these 5 mattresses, then there will be a 'read more' link to the main articles.

These 5 mattresses articles will also have at least 1 link to the best mattresses article

If I am exactly doing that, I evaluated the competition and chose to opt for that option.

I'm aware of that, it was just an example, I've inflated a bit of the xx ;), but sometimes doubts arise in the middle

    Thank you for responding.

I've seen several places with that structure, I'll give it a try.

I would personally put all of those you mentioned into one big article. They are way too related to be in separate articles + Google lows long content in my experience. You want to avoid a possible content cannibalisation and one bigger article with related keywords like those will help you to rank for all of them.

Several opinions found here, what are is to divide the tests, for some keyword, try to gather as many secondary key words, to see what happens.

Well, it'll be a pretty extensive article for what I see.

I understand your point, but I have seen affiliate sites with thousands of closely related articles, and they are well positioned for hundreds of keywords, now as mentioned above, everything is in the competition and the amount of money behind it.
