Why are they so fucked up over at content.ad? I asked two simple questions two days ago... there were chatsupporters online for another 4-6 hours before they all went off for the weekend. Today they are online since a few hours already, yet no response... So I sent them an email asking the same questions (with reference to the chat) and a third one to activate adverts for a site I want to test if the ads show up correctly. Now the site has been rejected (since it's still under development and doesn't have traffic at all I guess) but still no answer from support via chat and/or email. Is it normal that their support is so bad? I remember having had similar problems before where important parts of questions I asked haven't been answered.
