I thought I would put together a little piece on BHW on Ways I Have Used Contact Form Submitting Software To Promote My Business, Services, Products, And Customers.

Obviously direct marketing is always an effective method. Everyone knows the value of email marketing and gathering lists. But I decided to do direct marketing by contact form submission using well know contact form submitting software. I found that this method had a higher click thru ratio for the campaigns that I have managed. With the specific software I used I was able to easily identify the websites and acquire huge markiting lists. The Ad-Network Campaign mentioned below, I messaged more than 100k unique websites over a two month period. This website went from zero traffic to almost 100 a day just within the first few days and moved up from there.

Anyways, the guys that see the angles here I am sure will come up with much better marketing angles than me but I thought Id share a few from the endless campaigns I have ran and managed.

My Guidelineline For Putting together a good message:
    1) No One Line Messages
    2) Be general in details but specific as to the intent of the message.
    3) Never Criticize them or their competitors in any way.
4)Always make sure Subject line reflects purpose of the message.
5)Wait a day after writing message (Just My Way To Think More On Best Angle Of the Message)
    6) Finalize My Message.
    7) Pick The Best Keywords That Match The Niches Of My Targetted audience
    8)Start Campaign.

I have also taken the liberty to provide you guys with an example of a good message and a bad message. See if you can guess which message had the worst campaign results.

    First Example:

Web Dev. & SEO Campaign Message:

I was just looking at your website doing a bit of Wed evening surfing and noticed that your website had some HTML and CSS validation errors. I have been doing web Development for more than a decade now and thought I could help you fix these errors or lend a hand on any other website updates or general web help you may need.

    I provide services for virtually all types of website programming;

    Give me a call at xxx-xxx-xxxx .

    Second Example:

    Best Regards,

    Did You Guess It?

The first example is a horrible message. Yes it is well written and personal, and has more umph than a one liner, but immidiately people are feeling alarmed by this message since the average person doesnt know that the majority of websites have validation issues. So the prospect is alarmed and passes this on to their web developer whom show them that this is not a whole big deal in the scheme of things. Opportunity blown from the very push of start on that one. I wanted to show an example of how even a clever enough idea, that is not honest even on the face value will not work, especially if you use scare tactics for such methods. Just like the second message is delivered right on que with decent results, it is personable, upfront and to the point.

I have also taken the liberty to share some some other message campaigns I have done to give you guys the idea of type of ways I am using contact form submitting for marketing. These are only a few, but all of these had decent results.

WARNING!! DONT USE MY MESSAGES WORD FOR WORD!!!! Remember, there is a good chance someone has already seen these.

Heres a handful Other Examples Of Campaigns With Good Results:

Also, how many replied to your messages?

That's a first. My business websites get hit with **** like this 3-5 times per day on a good day. It's usually well-written but its still spam because of its unsolicited nature. If it's a numbers game for you, it would work for something cheap, but for services you intend to offer for real, this will kill your image because it seems desperate. If that's your case another thing to realize is that the decision maker rarely opens the contact form emails in a legit company, and a gatekeeper would toss it out. In any case, I would think that if you at least target this to a single industry or vertical and tailor the copy you may get a greater result. Good luck!

I use submitter software. I got the leads using the software as it scrapes to it. Email response rate reply to the ad-network was a little over 5% but the site click thru rates as I stated did increase with average user time on site at 2 and a half minutes.

I thought this was good considering it was just a prelaunch campaign.

Also, this specific campaign was an all inclusive one, meaning I conteactted these business thru their contact forms, also gathered all of their emails, phone numbers and social account info from their sites.

Immediately after messaging them on their forms I directly advertized to them on the social networks.

Two weeks after original message they were then sent a direct email, followed by a phone call a week later.

Well that depends on what service or angle I am marketing.

But I guess to break this down to simple terms I bill Between $75 to $100 an hour. All of my work and services provided are calculated with my hourly rate, along with expense costs.

Actually there have been several members here I have been in contact with thru this method. Actually all of them have appreciated the method after I told them how I actually marketed to them.

Great post Skyebug77. The message that is blasted to your leads is the most important part of your campaign. In order to successfully execute a campaign with PB, you need to put together a well thought out message to send out.

Allot of users of Paigham Bot struggle with this aspect. All it takes is a little bit of creativity and you can go a long way with this. The niches in which you can blast messages and bank from are endless. You can even market Paigham Bot with Paigham bot! What other software out there can do such a thing?

Plan out the angle of your messages well before you blast. I know it can be very difficult sometimes to have that kind of patience. But it is the only way you'll have success.

my motto: "Think before you blast"

You are dead on here Cratos. Your message is very elemental to this. There are actually two very important aspects of this:

    1) The Message. Think of it as link bait. The goal is to get someone or some agency to follow thru with an action i.e. like going to a website. So the message does have to be put together well like the ones above.

    2) Your Website or offer has to also do its job once someone follows thru with your message. It is your site, service, product etc that needs to do the actual selling on this. The contact form message is only one aspect of any marketing strategy.

AND you are right about the opportunities. I know people have been doing contact form messaging for years, it is not new but there has never before been a standalone Publicly open software that allows for mass marketing and lead acquisition like what is out there today. I know Marketers are going to love this. You said it best, the team using Paigham Bot to Promote Paigham Bot!!! WOW! There is no other software that I can think of that provides such diverse direct marketing opportunities. I know you and your affiliates are killing with this since even just on a marketing material there are not many pieces that exist telling people about the opportunities and how to use such Software. Man I can think of a thousand ways on making money just from affiliate promotions.

Anyways, Thanks bro for the feedback.

That Depends on your marketing Angle. If its about web work make the subject line about that. Everyone knows the subject line that gets the most opens is just "hi".

But a subject line like this breaks the CAN Spam Act, which governs electronic messaging. It states in general that if you are sending an unsolicited message electronically your subject line must Give an Idea of what the message is pertaining too in the body? I have used all types of subject lines and it does matter on how you word it. But then again this is BHW so you could always just say "Hi", Who really enforces subject lines anyways? lol

But your question is a really important one but your message and your content is all in your hands. All I can do is point you to the Tool to deliver that message. Its really up to you to be creative with whatever approach you are marketing. Try different things, see what works best. I am also rewriting my message because I am always thinking of new angles on how to word things in such a way that captures the intended recipients attention and gets them to follow through with whatever course of action Iwant them to take.

Anyways, I hope that gives you some guidance on this.
