Not two days after President Obama stopped all Federal Raids and Arrests on any marijuana offenders in States where it is Legal -

The State of Michigan legalized marijuana, bringing the total number of States with marijuana decriminalization laws in effect to 14. (Woo-Hoo)

Watch this number grow even faster now...

(me and Kid Rock, partying tonight - legal like)

(this is awesome news, and great for their tax and economic crunches as well)

Uh....wasn't this passed in LAST Novembers election? If so this is old news.
And just so ya know, LEGAL and DECRIMINALIZED are totally different. Here in California, weed was decriminalized 30 years ago. All it means (here) is that if you're busted with under an ounce, you get a ticket. It's no more legal than if you're speeding on the freeway. They're both illegal but you're just not going to jail. I don't know the details of Michigan but I'm sure it's similar and will have minimal or no effect in "taxes"

No way was it made legal. It was decriminalized in certain circumstances.
If it was legal you could buy it in a store. And the Gov. won't let anyone do that. :(

Far too much profit in jailing people over nothing.

Man, try and share some awesome growth News and just get slammed around here for not publishing the Full documentation?

HISTORY is being made man... the prohibition is slowly ending. The fact that you can't be put in jail for enjoying a little Pot is a great thing in any State (Country). Plus we don't pay for those bullshit arrests.

Don't get me started man -

medical marijuana so what it easy to get the prescription ...

The goverment wants more taxes so more states will allow legal pot.

One guy on the news sells Legal Pot in California and pays $300,000 in taxes.
I knew after that story some California congressman would make a bill to allow Pot
to be totally legal. LOL And sure enough some congressman did .....

At least it's step in the right direction. Probably won't see truly legal weed in the US in my lifetime at this rate. :(

It has all been great for business... Marijuana should be decriminalized across the U.S. - we could recoup our debt and be in the black by the end of His first term...

It won't get quite this far (IMO), but it is getting close and way better for many - NO MORE RAIDS on sick patients is great news all in itslef... one step at a time my friends -

    It's all good.

weeds that please man, check it out - I was out of town... I actually missed you guys.

The drug trade could actually be used to pay off our national debt, and fuel rehab programs, health care, and education. This is the only acceptable form of socialism. Anyway...as if gov't wasn't already in the 'game'.

I may have a few leftovers for sale. Nothing too extreme, see my list below:

Gorilla Cookies - 2 grams each (sold by weight, not by volume so you know you're getting the real deal).

Peruvian Flake - 50 kg (please call for availability, operators are standing by).

Jerry's Kids - 6 tabs a bag (flown in fresh from Hollyweird underground labs).

Kentucky Red - 8 drams each (do not confuse this with Kentucky Off-Red, Kentucky Kinda Red, Kentucky Maroon, Kentucky Purple, or Kentucky Magenta).

Chicago Gutterballs - 1 hogshead min order.

Iowa Ho-Hum - 12 slices per load (it's similar to extacy, but not as good).

Please PM me for prices, side effects, antidotes, and standard prison sentencing.

    :D :D :D :D :D :D

Yes, it was legalized for medical purposes.

Also, California decriminalized pot in 1996, not 30 years ago.

Google "NORML" and check out their website. They have all the honest and legit information concerning anything you need to know about pot without the lies and propaganda.

I would have posted a link to NORML but I don't have 15 posts yet. It is a .org domain.

Also, California isn't the only state that has introduced an outright legalization bill; Massachusetts has too. You can read up on that at NORML as well.
