It's clearly someone who is new to all this, someone who has tried some damn PTC site and after a week went off screaming "I can't make money online, it's a scam", yeah, that type of person.

It is a well-known scam... I guess everyone on this planet knows about it, but just in case.

I'm just waiting for Mark to transfer $ to my bank, not sure why is not answering and I don't know why but my PC is acting weird after that message, someone is trying to open my online bank but I guess that's ok, it's just PC acting weird...

That could be because of the big amount that he is transferring into your bank account so it lags everything dont worry be grateful

Facebook probably owns that domain and this email is just some form of pure shit, as you can see in the gmail disclaimer.
