The opening of 2010 brings good luck and bad luck to me... but more on good luck...

Last December 15 I registered 14 .info domains with godaddy as a result of my thorough keyword research... Each domain is intended for adsense micro nich website and each has a minimum of 20K search volume... I set-up everything until end of December and each have 3 unique articles.. Each website have been submitted to 100 directories and 100 social bookmarks... I started monitoring backlinks and indexed pages last Monday...

Today I noticed a surged of traffic to one of these websites... It is very strange for a new blog to have a 350 unique visitors in just one day and earned $23.67 from adsense... Afraid that it was a clickbomb, I immediately checked sources of traffic (thanks to adfreestat)... I the do a short research about the domain and I found out that it was an expired domain... registered last 2001 and expired last July 2009... How lucky I am...

    But here's the problem.
Today I received an email from someone that I stole his domain [IMG]. I responded to his email telling him that I registered the domain at godaddy legaly and that, the domain was available for registration... I even attached a screenshot of research page showing that the domain was expired before I registered it (unknown to me)...

I believe I have full rights on the domain now but what should I do if this person continues to bother me? I'm afraid he can do harm especially to my adsense account.... by the time I am writing this post, the website already got $18.79 in adsense today with 458 impressions....

Any advise is highly appreciated... Should I celebrate or should I worry?

    Thanks a lot

If you bought an expired domain, then there is nothing to worry about unless the domain name itself is copyright protected brand name.
Just ignore his email. On your "privacy policy" or "about us" page, mention the fact that you bought this domain from godaddy and you are the current rightful owner of this domain.
