confusion in fitness and weight loss niche

    Hello my friends
    I went to build Email list but confused between fitness and weight loss
    I feel that are intertwined :confused:

    I hope that you can explain the difference between the two markets with the characteristics of each one

    Yes they are both different subjects Fitness means How to Fit our Human Body with diet and weight lose means how to reduce our extra body weight with medicen or doing excercise.

    Fitenss is to build some muscle mass and lose all extra weight and get low body fat and weight lose is just weight lose

    in fitness niche you can give details in yoga, gymnasium... weight loss niche you can add more that concentrates women.. both of them do good in IM..

    As others said both are different one and if you build separate lists, people won't get confused and stay long days/months on your lists.

    Fitness can include weight loss but is more about bodybuilding and dieting and actual workouts. Losing weight is all about diets and workout routines, and losing weight. Both niches are very saturated so I'd advise you to avoid it unless you're experienced with marketing.

    Like many in above said that Fitness is getting in shape in both side "Losing Extra Body Fat" and "Gain Muscle" and weight loss is burn fat from body. Usually "Fat" people search how to loose weight, and little bit skinnier peoples search how to stay fit or start to fitness training/workout. Hope this helps.
