Confused about SEO Youtube

Hello!
This is my first post in this forum and im confused.
Probably this subject was discussed many times but please help me.
1. I saw thousands of videos with extra tags in description, some more than 50 keywords, do this help in YT SEO ?
2. Title must be targeted directly to your main keyword? ex. if i want to be #1 in keyword "mario hack" , is better my video to have "Mario Hack" title or "new release mario hack updated" etc. etc.?

Well, as YouTube SEO is kind of hard this is what i recommend you. Ive been doing it for a long time and from my experience using this tactic will get you 1k fast views and its growing up to 10k over time.

1. Find a YouTube channel that provides YouTube videos similiar to yours. (Super Mario lets plays and such).
2. Steal his title and tags, but do NOT just place them inside of your description and tags! You want to make the description appear natural and not just be stolen. Also place his tags in description + tags bar.
3. Dont try to steal tags and titles in a old video. For some reason, trying to get into the "Suggestions" bar with a old video almost never works! Better to use a fresh video.
4. Dont use links, use encoded letters. Allways when i use clickable links leading elsewhere i never have any luck. Try using some encoded letters alternatives instead.
