Perhaps I'm reading too much into this.
I'm the person who is BUYING traffic. ie: The customer.
Why am I being forced to give my company information ? (Or, should I refuse, they want my passport numbers)
Again... I'm the customer! I'm the person with the money!
It's a fairly basic concept to me. I pay for traffic and they send it where I want. Someone doesn't even need to know my name to complete this transaction !
